Afareatiu Guided Hike
The guided hike in one of Afareaitu’s private valleys, towards the waterfalls, is a nature getaway off the beaten track, during which Laura & Jacob will discover a private Garden of Eden and the remains of marae (ancient Polynesian temples). At numerous stops along the way, Yvette, the local guide and resident of Moorea, will explain the plants and their uses, share the history of the valley and invite them to enjoy a fruit tasting by the river.

Archeological Hike - Moorea
Laura & Jacob will follow the trail of the ancestors and visit various archaeological sites of the marae, ancient Polynesian places of worship and ceremony. Their guide will explain the cultural significance of these sites and will culminate in the stunning ‘3 Pinus Col’ viewpoint, translated as ‘Three Pines Lookout.

Private Stargazing & Legends Experience
Laura & Jacob will embark on this very special trip, starting with a sunset cruise, on a traditional Polynesian pirogue. They will then be guided to a Motu, where a selection of aperitifs and drinks awaits them. Lying around the campfire, their local guide will introduce them to ancient navigation techniques and Polynesian legends.
