Dear Guests, we’re very excited about Luis & Alex’s wedding as we’re sure you are too. This is why we want to make as much of the planning and organising go as smoothly as possible for the happy couple, as well as you. Here you will find information about the travel arrangements we’re putting in place to get all guests to the wedding, whether you’re travelling from the UK or the USA.
We aim to provide the best possible service to everyone, making your individual stay a special one. You’ll find all the information you need throughout this page.
Why Choose Travel Antares?
Everything is included: Flights, baggage, accommodation and guest-only transfers. This means no massive coaches stopping at every hotel between the airport and your destination. You’ll be whisked off directly to the hotel from the airport and back again at the end of your trip.
We’re providing you with the earliest possible moment to book your trip, thus giving you the ultimate flexibility to pay any way you wish, over the longest time. Check the details further down on this page for more info on payments.
Travel Antares is passionate about its customers, so we pride ourselves on being different from the large faceless travel companies. We’re very responsive to our client’s needs, so there’ll be no endless waiting for email replies or long holds on the phone.
Booking as a wedding guest with Travel Antares means you’ll be in the know about any changes to the wedding itself, as well as travel updates and news. Guests not under the umbrella of Travel Antares, will not benefit from the central organisation and can’t assist in the event of travel issues.
Your trip is fully protected by us. We are fully ATOL licensed for UK customers as well as providing financial protection to all customers through our Protected Trust Services membership. Find out more here.
Grand Palladium - Riviera Maya
The venue for the wedding will be Grand Palladium's Riviera Maya resort complex. Featuring no less than four 5 star rated hotels to choose from. We'll be focussing on the sister hotels of Colonial & Kantenah for the purposes of this guide. However, should you wish to explore likes of, the luxurious, adult-only TRS Yucatan hotel, we'll be more than happy to arrange that for you.
No matter where you stay, you'll have access to all the main facilities in the resort, with the exception of TRS only facilities, located in the immediate vicinity of TRS Yucatan.
All hotels are all-inclusive, so you'll know everything is taken care of before you even leave home.
Booking & Payments
To start the booking process, simply fill out the guest travel form below. We'll then get to work providing you with an itinerary suitable for your requirements. The price we quote to you for booking will be subject to a few key points.
- As flights won't be published at the time of booking, we will only charge a very low deposit to secure your trip.
- Once the flights are published we will provide you with an updated price. If the confirmed rate is lower or the same as our estimate, your initial low deposit will become non-refundable.
- If the confirmed rate turns out to be more than our estimated cost, we will discuss the various possibilities, i.e to change flights, dates or worse case, we will happily refund the original deposit.
UK Guests
Depart from London or Manchester, both direct or indirect options are available. We advise to be as flexible as possible with your departure dates, this will avoid everybody flying on the same days, which will invariably make it much more expensive for guests booking later on.
Booking early locks in the current early booking rates for the hotel, so as soon as you know the dates you wish to travel, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
USA Guests
Guests travelling from New York will fly directly from either Newark or JFK. Whether you wish to stay for a few nights or make a longer trip out of it, we'll talk through what option suits you best.
As with UK guests, we advise to stay flexible with your dates and get your booking in early. US guests will have a slightly different payment schedule once the flights are published. We'll talk you through this during the booking process.

Top Tips
- Book Early! Airlines & hotels use ‘flexible-pricing’, which means as seats and rooms get booked, the following batch of seats and rooms are more expensive. Get your room secured at an early rate.
- For UK guests, consider paying for your flights in full with a higher deposit. This will guarantee the best value.
- We’re here to make things as easy as possible, whilst providing a higher degree of service to all guests. So if you ever have any queries get in touch at the earliest moment.
- If travelling Solo, we highly advise finding a travel buddy. Single travel will be considerably more per person than if sharing.
- If flying from the UK, consider a connecting flight, occasionally this can work out cheaper.
- Be flexible with your dates, this will help get the best value itinerary.
