Dear Guests, we’re very excited about Paul & Sarah’s wedding as we’re sure you are too. This is why we want to make as much of the planning and organising go as smoothly as possible for the happy couple, as well as you. Here you will find information about the travel arrangements we’re putting in place to get all guests to the wedding from the UK.
We aim to provide the best possible service to everyone, making your individual stay a special one. You’ll find all the information you need throughout this page. We will also update the page periodically as new information becomes available.
The Venue
The venue for the wedding will be the Atlantica Belvedere Resort.
The resort, located on the Greek island of Kos, offers captivating views and is considered as the perfect setting for couples seeking tranquillity and a romantic atmosphere. Enjoy your own dreamy couples holiday in stylishly decorated rooms, with every amenity you possible ask for. The hotel is also adult only, with a minimum age of 16 permitted.
The Wedding
The wedding will be held on Friday 17th July 2026.
A timetable for the day will be published to all guests much nearer the time, but as it stands the ceremony will begin at approximately 1600.
As we’ll be very much in the planning phase of the wedding from now until the big day, we kindly ask all guests to contact us, rather than the couple, if you have any queries about your travel arrangements.
Guests' Travel
The travel arrangements for guests will include, as a minimum; flights, accommodation and shuttle transfers.

Most guests are now confirmed, however, if you still require any travel arrangements, we remain at your service. Please either use our main contact page.
Travelling With Children
Although the Belvedere hotel is adult-only, if you’re travelling with children, who will have adequate care during the time of the wedding, we can assist in alternative accommodation for you. We’ll also advise on the day pass requirements for non hotel guests attending the wedding. Simply put your requirements in Guest Registration form above.
Top-Tips
- Book Early! Airlines & hotels use ‘flexible-pricing’, which means as seats and rooms get booked, the net batch of seats and rooms are more expensive. Guests will be contacted in the order we receive their forms to book their travel. Once you’ve paid your deposit, there will be nothing further to pay until early April 2026, so plenty of time if booked early.
- To avoid a situation whereby a guest booking later, ends up paying considerably more than the first guest to book, we highly advise remaining flexible on the dates you travel. This will alleviate the flexible pricing issue.
- We’re here to make things as easy as possible, whilst providing a higher degree of service to all guests. So if you ever have any queries get in touch at the earliest moment.
- If travelling Solo, we advise finding a travel buddy. Single travel will be considerably more per person than if sharing
